WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR HOME INSPECTION?

A two or more hour inspection of the home that includes a nondestructive survey of the following systems:

  • Structure—exterior, interior, attic, basement, and crawl space

  • Roofing

  • Plumbing

  • Electrical

  • Heating

  • Air-Conditioning

Checking for:

  • Water Problems

  • Wood Rot and Other Damage

  • Termites

  • General Condition of All Interior and Exterior Surfaces

  • Equipment Condition and Operation

The inspector will discuss and explain his findings during the inspection. You will be able to ask questions.

You Will Receive:

  • A verbal summary at the end of the inspection

  • A home inspection report. It will also be a reference and maintenance guide for years to come.
