INSPECT

The purpose of the home inspection is to give the buyer a PROFESSIONAL opinion of the condition of the property at the time of the inspection. It is the intent of the inspector to make you aware of any visual problems observed and the present and future effect they may have on the property. The inspector will express verbally and in a written report his opinion regarding the findings.
